*Deposit Policy for New Client*
Chemical services (color, foils, keratin, etc.) for new clients will require a non-refundable 50% deposit upon booking their first appointment. The deposit will be credited back to you by applying it to the service total. Due to COVID-19 and the financial hardships it has caused, this policy has been implemented to protect Indigo Opal Salon from no-shows and last minute cancellations.
*Cancellation Policy*
We appreciate at least a 48 hour notice for cancellations. We do understand emergencies come up so please communicate that to us. (This does not apply to first time, new client deposits)
